1. About us
This website, prayer.amachannel.com, is run by Ama Prayer, part of Ama Group, founded by Dr. Arlindo Antunes in Brazil. "We" and "us" refer to Ama Prayer. "You" means the person visiting the site or buying from us.
2. Our products
We sell digital products only:
- Devotional books in PDF format, such as Rest in Him: 90 Nights of Peace and Rest in Him: 365 Nights With God.
- Audio in MP3 format, such as the Peaceful Night album, delivered individually or as a .zip file.
- Bundles that combine these products, as described on each product page.
Nothing is shipped physically. You will need a device that can open PDF and MP3 files.
3. Delivery and downloads
- After your payment is confirmed, your files are available on the confirmation page and we email a personal download link to the address you gave at checkout. Please make sure it is correct.
- Your personal link works for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads of each file. Please save your files to your device. They are yours to keep.
- If your link expires or something goes wrong, contact us and we will gladly help.
- When buying as a gift, you may enter the recipient's email at checkout or forward your download email to them.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion or international fees.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Any taxes required by law will be shown or applied at checkout.
- The charge appears on your statement as AMA GROUP* PRAYER or similar.
- Crossed-out prices on bundles show what the included products cost when bought separately on this website.
5. How you may use them
When you buy, you receive a personal license to read, listen to and enjoy our products, for yourself and your household. You may keep copies on your own devices and print the devotionals for personal use.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- share, resell, give away or publish the files, including on websites, file-sharing services or social media;
- upload the music to streaming platforms or use it in videos, podcasts or broadcasts;
- copy substantial parts of the devotionals into other publications.
Churches and ministries that wish to use our content more widely are warmly invited to contact us.
6. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If a product does not bring you the peace you hoped for, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. No complicated questions. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person or clear misuse of this guarantee. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Ownership
All devotionals, prayers, music, recordings, designs and texts on this website are owned by Dr. Arlindo Antunes and Ama Group and are protected by copyright. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.
8. A word of care
Our devotionals and audio are spiritual resources for prayer and rest. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice, and they do not replace care from a doctor, counselor or other professional. If you live with ongoing sleeplessness, anxiety, depression or any health concern, please seek qualified help. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
For your safety, do not listen to our sleep audio while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
9. Limits of responsibility
We work hard to keep this website and our files available and free of errors, but we cannot promise that they will always be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this page when you bought. The date at the top shows the latest update.
