DAY 1
A New Year, A New Start
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)
"Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?"Isaiah 43:19 (KJV)
Tonight marks the beginning of a new year and a new journey with God. Whatever happened last year, whatever regrets or victories you carry, this moment is fresh. God specializes in new things. He does not recycle old blessings or reuse expired grace. Every morning, every season, every year, He creates something new for you.
In Christ, you are not an improved version of your old self. You are an entirely new creation. The old patterns, the old failures, the old labels, they have passed away. You stand tonight at the doorway of 365 new nights with God. Each one is an invitation to go deeper, to trust more, to rest more fully in His love. Do not carry last year's burdens into this new season. Set them down. God is doing a new thing, and it is already springing forth.
TONIGHT'S PRAYER
Father, I stand at the beginning of a new year with hope in my heart. Thank You for making all things new. I leave behind what needs to stay behind and step forward in faith. Make this year one of deep growth, real peace, and closer intimacy with You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
REST ON THIS
"In Christ, everything is made new."
